Model Answer
Given is a diagram illustrating the process by which steam is produced by using a gas cooled nuclear reactor. It is evident from the information provided that there are three main phases involved.
Prior to the actual process of production, it is first necessary for water to go through gas blower. Water then turns into cool gas duct and is put into a shield made by concrete to continue the process.
The second stage of production process, meanwhile, entails the reaction of water in the shield. Uranium is fuel elements provided for providing energy to heat cool gar duct. At this point, pressure vessel, graphite moderators are also needed to control the process of reaction. In order to turn cool gas duct into hot gas duct, it also requires fuel loaded by charge tubes and rods controlled by boron.
In the final phase, hot gas duct subsequently exchange heat into steam. After this process, hot gas duct is eventually turned into steam to turbo-alternator.
